this is the most horrible day ever. i woke up late
again. manager scolded me. then some stupid customer made a big fuss about the receipt. then she was like 'you are in the wrong right!"and gave me an idiotic look. i can't say anything but only sorry. that's what she has been waiting for anyway.these are what they call 'ugly singaporeans'. seriously, i don't owe them anything so they should watch their attitude. doesn't mean i am serving you then you can take advantage of it right. i feel darn idiotic whenever i work in bs lah. for nothing i have to say sorry so many times a day ok. and the thing is i get really angry but i still have to put on a smile and say sorry. OHMYGOSH. I SWEAR I AM NOT GONNA WORK IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY EVER AGAIN. and i am getting tired of sweeping and mopping the floor. can they hire a cleaner?! i get $4.30 per hr but yet i am doing everyone's job. wtf.
when i went home, i get nagging from my father. please larh. i have had enough. go away! ARGH.
